Backed by Airlessco's 5-year Limited Engine Replacement Warranty* an industry first, this smooth running heavy-duty commercial engine has solid-state transistorized magneto ignition with dual coils. And with its built in intelligent circuitry, it will automatically shutdown should the oil level drop too low.

Large 13" wide-track pneumatic tires offer smooth tracking on rough pavement or turfgrass surfaces. The front swivel wheel with our exclusive RADIUS MEMORY™ system delivers consistently smooth circles and curves every time.

Its light weight makes the 3600 easy to push on pavement or turf and Buckhorn handlebars provide optimal user leverage for precise control keeping lines straight or following curves whether you are striping on a parking lot or bumpy sports field surfaces. Quick release mounts allow the spray gun to be relocated from side to side in just seconds.

The Sure Stripe 4000

The SURE STRIPE 4000 is the compact piston pump striper that delivers professional results with a range of features needed by pavement striping contractors-and it's an incredible value!

Based on our proven LP Piston Pump used daily by thousands of painting contractors, the large one-piece piston along with Airlessco's patented triple-life packing system results in reduced maintenance, lower operating costs, and longer equipment life.

The 4000 is powered by a dependable Honda GX series commercial OHV 4-cycle engine. It's built on a small, compact frame, that's easy to use, and quick to clean.

Designed in balance and a light weight frame makes it ideal for one-man operation. A foot operated parking brake holds machine on inclines.

Our Contractor Series spray gun mounts on any corner with a quick release for stencil painting on curbs or pavement. It features a tungsten carbide ball and seat, the “No Drips” REV-GUARD™ base, and our patented REV-TIP™ reversible tips that clear clogs literally in a snap.

The Sure Stripe 4500

With all of the convenience and flexibility featured on the SURE STRIPE 4000 and the added advantage of Airlessco's patented, Slow-Stroking SL paint pump designed to handle heavy coatings.

The SL pumps large one-piece hardened stainless steel piston along with Airlessco's patented triple-life packing system results in reduced maintenance, lower operating costs, and longer equipment life.

The high output stainless steel pump will spray all types of striping paints; with an available second gun that lets you stripe lines up to 24" (60cm) wide.

The standard swiveling front wheel with on the 4500 can remain locked for straight lines, set for smooth curves or arcs with RADIUS MEMORY,™ or be operator released from the handlebars, allowing the front wheel to swivel freely when painting curves or circles.

The Field Stripe Plus

The FIELD STRIPE+ offers top of the line features and value like a floating gun, mount for consistent width lines on even the roughest field. Airlessco's handlebar releasable front swivel wheel with turnbuckle based RADIUS MEMORY delivers smooth, consistent curves and circles.

The heart of this striper is a 4 horsepower Honda Commercial 4-stroke gasoline engine with Oil Alert, and our contractor proven hardened stainless steel piston-powered paint pump.

The Field Stripe Model H

The Airlessco FIELD STRIPE delivers the high quality lines that only true airless paint sprayers can deliver. No more expensive aerosol cans!

Buy paint in 5 gallon buckets and spray direct from the bucket without any mixing. No more multiple passes or need for multiple spray nozzles to deliver enough material for a visible line.

And because the FIELD STRIPE series is based on a contractor proven piston-powered airless spray pump, it can also be used as a mobile spray rig. The ability to spray paint and to stripe fields and parking lots makes the FIELD STRIPE a superior investment.

True airless power means spray pressure is user adjustable up to 2500 psi. Most field striping equipment has pressure fixed at much lower levels requiring you mix paint and water precisely for good atomization.

FIELD STRIPE has the power to atomize standard paint coating materials—including thick parking lot striping paints. And keep in mind that paint diluted 3:1 means you’re pushing around only 1.33 gallons of paint and 4 gallons of water.
